Why do we offer two flight options for our hot air balloon rides?

Quite simply because we have baskets of various sizes, allowing us to accommodate every request. We have small baskets for private flights for just two people, which are often chosen to celebrate special occasions such as marriage proposals, engagements, wedding anniversaries, or anniversary celebrations. These flights are generally chosen for couples looking to celebrate in a more romantic setting or to give a more personalized gift.

We also have baskets for 3–4 people for small groups or families who prefer not to be paired with passengers outside their group. This choice is entirely personal.

Our largest gondola can accommodate up to 6–7 passengers depending on the group’s total weight and is available for both private flights (for larger groups) and regular tickets. For regular flights, if there are only two of you, you will be paired with other passengers during your flight.

For group activities of 6 to 7 people—whether for corporate team-building outings, a service offered to your VIP clients, or outings with extended family or groups of friends—the advantage is that the flight automatically becomes a private flight if you fill all available seats with your own group.

Why is the price of a private flight different from that of a regular flight?
Simply because the operating cost is divided by the approximate number of passengers to determine the fixed price per person.

Whether you choose a scheduled or private flight, the quality of the flight will be exactly the same, as our top priority will always be your safety and providing you with the best possible hot air balloon experience.

Regardless of the flight category you choose, our hot air balloon flights are available throughout the South Shore of Montreal, primarily in the Montérégie region.
