General terms of sale

A refund can be requested with a $60 fee per ticket if no reservation has been booked. Only Interac e-Transfer payments can be refunded by transfer, with fees starting at $1.50 or according to the applicable transfer rate.

For your next purchase, the price will be adjusted to the current rate. No refunds are possible for completed flights. Our tickets have no expiration date. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation

If weather conditions are changing, the flight may be canceled even after arriving at the meeting point. We always do our best to avoid unnecessary travel, but we will never take the risk of flying in unsafe weather. If your flight is canceled due to weather, it will be rescheduled to a later date based on availability.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you have up to 10 days before your flight date. After that delay, replacing missing passengers is more difficult, so a $60 fee per canceled passenger will be charged on the next rescheduled flight. Passengers who do not show up at the meeting point on flight day will automatically lose their ticket with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.

Flight duration

Flight time is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on circumstances and weather conditions. Please plan a 3 to 4 hour time window from the meeting time to fully enjoy the experience, including inflation/deflation participation and the landing ritual with sparkling wine. Afterward, we bring you back to the original meeting point.

what to wear

Comfortable everyday clothing is recommended. Please note that we generally land in fields, often on uneven or muddy surfaces. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and white shoes are not recommended, and we are not responsible for damage or inconvenience. For morning flights, there may be dew, so waterproof boots or shoes are recommended for better comfort.

Do not forget a jacket or warm sweater because when the sun is down, temperatures drop quickly, especially in the evening. For winter flights, we strongly recommend dressing warmly from head to toe.

What to bring

Suitcases are not allowed on board and, like any aircraft, there is a weight limit to respect. Bring as little as possible on the flight. Backpacks must stay in the chase vehicle on the ground and can be recovered after landing. Do not forget your proof of purchase, warm clothing, walking shoes, your camera, and most importantly your smile. We take care of the rest.

Important health information

If you have any health issue or condition, please inform us so we can discuss your situation and adapt when possible. We must ensure all passengers can fully enjoy the flight without compromising their own safety or that of others.

The basket is a limited space where movement is restricted, so we must ensure comfort and safety for everyone, not only one passenger. We prefer not to take any risks because your safety is our top priority.

We do not allow pregnant women on board. Any person over 240 lbs must mention it at booking time. A liability waiver is mandatory and must be completed and submitted for your flight.
