A refund may be requested subject to a $60 fee per ticket if no reservation has been made. Only payments made by Interac e-Transfer can be refunded by transfer, with fees starting at $1.50 or according to the current rate required to complete the transfer.

If weather conditions are unstable, the flight may be cancelled even after you have traveled to the meeting point. Of course, we will do everything possible to avoid an unnecessary trip, but we will never take the risk of flying when the weather is unfavorable. If bad weather forces us to cancel your flight, it will be rescheduled for a later date based on availability for all parties.

As passengers, if you need to cancel or change your reservation, you have up to 10 days before your scheduled date. After that deadline, it becomes more difficult for us to replace missing passengers, so a $60 fee per cancelled passenger will be charged for the rescheduled flight. Passengers who do not show up at the meeting point on the day of the flight will automatically forfeit their ticket, with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.

The flight lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on circumstances and weather conditions. You should allow a time slot of 3 to 4 hours from the meeting time to fully enjoy the experience with us, as you will take part in the inflation and deflation process and in the landing ritual, including sparkling wine. Afterwards, we will bring you back to the original meeting point.

Comfortable everyday clothing is recommended. Please note that we generally land in fields, on uneven ground that may sometimes be dirty. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or white shoes, as we are not responsible for any damage or inconvenience. For morning flights, there may be dew, so boots or waterproof shoes are recommended for better comfort.

Do not forget a jacket or warm sweater, because when the sun is gone, the heat disappears quickly and it can feel cool, especially in the evening. Of course, for a winter flight we recommend dressing warmly from head to toe.

Unfortunately, suitcases are not allowed on board and, like any aircraft, there is a weight limit to respect. You must bring as few items as possible on the flight. All backpacks must remain in the chase vehicle, which stays on the ground during your flight. You will be able to collect your belongings upon landing. Do not forget your proof of purchase for your flight reservation, warm clothing, walking shoes, your camera, and most importantly, your smile. We will take care of the rest.

The baskets are confined spaces where movement is limited, so we must ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, not just one person. We prefer not to take any risks because your safety is our priority.

We do not allow pregnant women on board. Anyone weighing more than 240 lbs must mention it at the time of booking. A liability waiver is mandatory and must be properly completed and submitted at the time of your flight.
